At mensivystyle.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unaltered, and unwashed merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All returns must be accompanied by the original return form and a copy of the original invoice. Merchandise that does not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your return is received. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

For online purchases returned in-store, a merchandise credit will be issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns of customized or special-order merchandise, face masks, or pierced earrings. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our policy requirements.
